Mission 10 brings us back on track. No more approaching dudes for mission requirements. The focus of this mission is disqualification. The goal of disqualification is to meet women and tell, in some way, them you don’t want to date them. The author, Neil Strauss, claims this is the “bedrock of flirting”.

Mission 9 is another “turning point” mission. The author, Neil Strauss, claims that only 19/20 people who start actually finish all the missions. And most stop on Mission 9.

Mission 8 Overview

Mission 8 is just like Mission 7. I need to approach three different women, or sets that include women, and “open” them, or start a conversation. The difference is that I need to root my approach, why I’m asking what I’m asking, and state a time-constraint.

Mission 7 is to approach three different women, or sets that include women, and “open” them using an opinion “opener”. They can be in bars, cafes, grocery stores, or anywhere.

Mission 6 Overview, Field Test, and Summary

Mission 6 is all about overcoming AA. Aproach anxiety. Before I get into the mission, my take on approach anxiety is that it is something that I will never not have. My goal is to find a way to manage it. As the author Neil Strauss says, “it’s less a fear of approaching than a fear of rejection”.

Mission 6 Preview

I don’t have time for a full overview of Mission 6. But it’s about approach anxiety. This is definitely something I have. Sure I’ve beaten it in some situations, but certainly not all. Not most in fact.
